According to Reuters, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is expected to announce its decision on the approval of Bitcoin spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) as early as this week. It is reported that the SEC may notify up to 14 applicants of Bitcoin spot ETFs about their approval status by this Tuesday or Wednesday.
Additionally, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart predicts that there is over a 90% chance that the SEC will approve a Bitcoin spot ETF by the January 10th deadline.
