After parting ways with title sponsor Alfa Romeo, Sauber will embark on the 2024 Formula 1 season rebranded as Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber. For the next two seasons, the Swiss team will operate under this new identity before transitioning to Audi in 2026, becoming the German manufacturer’s works squad.
In 2023, Stake, a prominent crypto gambling platform, joined Sauber as a co-title partner and has now escalated its role to become the sole title partner, acquiring full naming rights. Additionally, streaming platform Kick has secured the naming rights for the chassis of next year’s car, which will be christened the KICK Sauber C44.
Alessandro Alunni Bravi, Sauber Motorsport Team Representative, stated, “Sauber has always embraced innovation, breaking the mold and defying convention. Our partnership with Kick exemplifies the philosophy that drives us. Kick, known for redefining live streaming, will adopt a similarly disruptive approach in Formula 1. Together, our aim is to discover innovative ways to engage more closely with our fans.”
